I see that some people are wishing more colors to choose from. After level 5 you have the option to paint the tank in any color of your choice in the shop, just enter the RGB-value for the color in the box under the preview and press 'Paint' :)
Here is an application for you guys to easier find the color you want: http://py.vaults.ca/~x/xf ade/RGBChooser/
This is front paged?! I could barely believe it when I saw it, thanks Tom or whoever put it there! :)
I am really confused over all these seemingly random bugs that keeps showing up.. The MaxGames intro, for example, was all of a sudden completely bugged up even though I haven't touched it since I first put it in. I have now tried to export the game with Flash 8 instead of CS3 though, and that seems to have done the trick. Hopefully I wont have these problems in the future with CS3 :/
This has been a pretty unique project for me. I started working on this in the beginning of the year, and I soon had finished the engine and much of the graphics, but then I had a drop in my motivation (like I do in many of my bigger projects) and since then I have decided to give up on this project a few times, but I occasionally decided that I wanted to finish it so I worked for it in a day or two before I gave up on it again. Eventually it got finished though as you can see :) It's nowhere near as ambitious I wanted it to be when I first started working on it, but I figured that it's better to make something out of all the time I've put into this instead of risking another motivation drop which would mean that it would be doomed to rot in the dark space of my computer called 'Cancelled Projects' :P
Hope you all can enjoy this, at least a little bit ;) In that case it wasn't all for nothing.
I would like to give special thanks to chillyphilly who animated the explosion that I used for the 'explosive' things :)
