Move the map around by moving the mouse to the top or bottom of the screen.
To send mercenaries to destroy your enemy, click on the mercenary link on the bottom of the screen. You won't be able to see the enemies base, it's too far away. All you can do is send enemies to it to attack. To view your enemy base's health, look in the top right of the screen.
To send out defenses, click on the infantry, air, or artillery links.
Remember only Mercenaries attack your enemy! You won't be able to see the other base, but you can tell it's health by looking in the top right corner.
